Elkins Garage Addition: Milestone I

The Elkins garage addition is a detached two-car garage project located here in Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming. This seemingly straightforward design presents an interesting challenge due to the strict site setbacks and the existing structure.
The planned two-car garage will offer enhanced protection and covered space compared to the current carport. The design will complement the existing home's architectural style, featuring a simple gable roof with exposed beams and a bump-out for additional storage.
We've recently completed the site staking, and the plans are ready for the initial permitting process. Breaking ground will be the next exciting step.
The initial set of images includes the site staking to visualize the garage placement, along with renderings and the floor plan layout. I'll be sure to keep you updated on our progress as the building takes shape throughout the spring and summer.
